Privacy notice

Last updated: April 2026.

Who we are

Foot Life is an independent podiatry clinic with locations in Banbury and Stratton Audley (Bicester). This notice covers the website only. Appointment records held in our practice-management system are covered by a separate clinical privacy notice given to you at your first visit.

What we collect on this site

  • Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone (if given), and message — kept so we can reply to you.
  • Server logs. IP address, user agent, and request path — kept for up to 90 days for security and diagnostics.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. How tracking works depends on your choice in the cookie banner:

  • Before you choose. A single anonymous pageview is recorded — page URL, referrer, and Google Click ID if present. It is sent from our server, contains no identifiers we can link back to you, and sets no cookies in your browser.
  • If you click Accept. Standard Google Analytics 4 runs in your browser. It sets _ga and _ga_* cookies (kept for up to 13 months) and records sessions, engagement events, and basic device characteristics.
  • If you click Decline. Only the anonymous server-side pageview continues. No cookies are set, no client-side analytics script is loaded.

You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes the data we send.

Who processes your data

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website.
  • Resend — delivers contact-form emails to our inbox.
  • Google — analytics; see "Analytics" above.
  • Our booking partner — handles online appointment booking on a separate site. Information you enter there is held by them, not by us.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any information we hold about you, or for it to be deleted. Email customercare@footlife.co.uk or write to us at either clinic address.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
