Cancellation policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
This policy allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient and helps us continue to provide the best possible service to all our patients.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email.
